Currently, we accept the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, Optum, and Oscar.

If we are out of network and you have a PPO, please check with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.

Most PPO's reimburse at a rate of 50-80%, which means you can pay for our services up front and we will provide a Superbill for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 72 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
